Refund Policy
1. Early-access deposit
The displayed US$19 payment is a refundable early-access deposit. If you continue after the onboarding demo, the deposit is applied as first-month credit unless a different written arrangement is agreed.
2. When a refund is available
- Kleos Club does not launch the reserved early-access service.
- You decide not to continue after the first onboarding demo.
- The operator cancels your reservation before service begins.
- A refund is otherwise required by applicable consumer law.
3. Outcome guarantee
Where the reservation page states a 30-day recovery guarantee, eligibility requires reasonable use of the provided workflow, accurate source data, and completion of the agreed follow-up actions. A request must be made within 14 days after the initial 30-day period.
4. Request process
Email billing@kleosclub.com from the address used for payment. Include the payer name, payment date, PayPal transaction reference, and reason for the request. Do not send card details.
5. Processing time
Approved refunds are submitted through the original payment method. PayPal or the issuing bank controls the final posting time.
6. Non-refundable items
Separate implementation work, custom services, or third-party costs are not covered unless the applicable order explicitly states otherwise.
